WHO WE ARE

Galaxy Hobby is a full-line hobby store with everything from trains to rockets, from plastics to science kits.  Our staff believes that growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional!  We sell everything the hobby enthusiast needs to build that special project or to entice your child into the world of creativity and exploration.

Stop by and pick up your supplies for your latest project, throw a unique birthday party for your child in our special classroom, or attend a meeting of one of the clubs that meet in our store.  Does your child have a big school project coming up?  Our staff is ready to help you find everything he or she needs for a winning science project or an A+ replica of the Mayflower.  The possibilities are endless!

Twice a year we have  plastic model contests with more than 150 entries on display.  Begin today to build that model you've been wanting, and get it ready for the next contest.

We are very excited to have just added an on-line catalog that will bring shopping convenience to our customers all over the world. We invite you to browse our web site and discover Galaxy Hobby - and a whole new world of fun.

Cliff & Betty

It is with a great sense of loss that we mourn the deaths of our friends and co-workers, Cliff and Betty Shaw. They passed away on July 23, 2006 when their small aircraft crashed in Oshkosh, WI.

Cliff and Betty were an integral part of Galaxy Hobby since the day we opened and have been close friends to all of us. They were admired and loved by all who knew them. They will be greatly missed.
